This is why I chose the Residences At Crystal Towers, and I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious apartments equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and thoughtful amenities like tea, coffee, sugar. having the Knife Restaurant conveniently located downstairs added to the overall experience.
My experience was marred by some minor inconveniences. The TV channels were quite limited, and I was disappointed to find there was no shower gel or shampoo provided.

1st class accommodation with knowledgeable staff from the porter to the manager. A huge variety of GOOD food at breakfast time. Convenient, marvellous location in Cape Town, short walk to many shops and the Virgin Active gym, and both the Waterfront. Also, in outer lying areas in the bush with WIFI.

I chose the Residences At Crystal Towers for its prime location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious apartments, which featured a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment were amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony. The convenience of having a restaurant nearby and the complimentary tea and coffee amenities made my experience even more good.
There was a minor issue with a somewhat loud generator during load shedding on the 9th floor. A couple of extra pillows and a blanket would have been great for those of us who prefer not to use the air conditioning.

Our apartment was comfortable, clean and our view out was delightful. A minute walk to the canal walk shopping, movies and restaurants. We extended our visit and would come again.
There was a washing machine but no dryer.

I enjoyed the spacious layout of the three-bedroom penthouse, perfect for family gatherings. There were several issues, such as the TV and appliances not functioning properly, which detracted from our experience. The staff were friendly but couldn't resolve our maintenance requests quickly enough.

Very conveniently situated for both Southern and Northern suburbs visits. Conveniently close to Canal Walk. Good view, security. Friendly staff.
The parking is confusing. One drives in and follows the signs to the Residences. As you drive you find rows of reserved signs and you make a very natural assumption that this is parking reserved for residences as it is very close to the Residents escalator and does not have sinage indicating that it reserved for someone in particular. We parked in one of the reserved bays right in front of the window where a security guard in a black suit was sitting. He watched us park and did not say anything. The next day we came out to find our car clamped at the instructions of the deputy manager of the hotel, Mr Venter. This spoilt our stay and we will not be returning. We have spoken to several people who reccommended Crystal Towers and each confirmed that they only parked in the reserved parking as they had made the same assumption. Why are these reserved but unnamed staff bays placed next to the escalator on the ground floor when they can just as easily be situated in the lower basement around the escalator where other, clearly named, reserved bays are situated. Visitors are most likely to use the ground floor as they are unfamiliar with the basement. Another irritation was that every day on at least either entry or exit, the card did not work and came up with a message saying that the card was not valid and then one has to call for assistance.
